This course was created to assist you through the process of flipping your first property. It covers the entire process including, but not limited to, things to consider before the deal, finding properties to flip, budgeting for renovations, the entire renovation and construction process and then selling those properties for a profit. This package also includes various document templates and examples that are the same docs we use in daily business. In the professional pack you get 3 one-on-one consultation session with either leroux or hennie. This is very useful if yiu have questions while working through the course. The consultation sessions can also be used for discussion of deals you get into the details of physically doing a flip. Consultations can be booked up to a year after purchasing the professional course pack.
