We typically buy property from estate agents as well as private sellers which we then take ownership of in full.
We then renovate the property. We try to optimise the construction process by doing whatever is necessary to extract the most possible value.
We then sell the property ourself. We do this by a large launch event where we normally sell on launch night. Best is to keep an eye on our socials to find out when and where launch events happen.
We are full turn-key home flippers and the biggest in South Africa!
We do not do any client work with the slight exception of consulting on 3 different bases.
